We collect information from you: When you fill out a form. When ordering a product on our online store, filling out our ‘contact us’ form or registering for our newsletter you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail and/or mail address. However by default you visit our site anonymously. To access the Celiveo portal you need to create an account with you name, address, email, phone number.

Any of the information we collect may be used to improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs).

Yes, Celiveo complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and if you registered for our newsletter or created an account on the Celiveo Users Portal you just need to contact us to request a copy of your information record present in our databases. If you did not register for our newsletter or create an access to the Celiveo Users Portal there is no need to contact us as we don’t hold any information about you.

How long is that information kept?
You can decide when to opt out of the database, in which case the data is erased and not kept. Furthermore, if you don’t connect to the Celiveo Portal for more than 11 months you receive a notification that your user record will be terminated automatically 12 months after the last usage date, then fully deleted one month later.

Do we hold any payment information from the Celiveo web store?
No, Celiveo does not store or know any of its webstore client payment information such as credit card number. Celiveo outsources payment to Paypal who complies with the GDPR regulation to protect its customers personal information.

Do we have a an action plan for GDPR compliance and a contingency plan in case of data breach?
Yes, we are educating Celiveo team members on how to use compliant tools to prepare consent forms for marketing materials and lead generation so that they can comply with the GDPR. We also maintaining a detailed register of our data processing activities, as required by Article 30 of the GDPR and making sure to update it with any new usages or processing of user-related data on an ongoing basis. Would a data breach happen, the Celiveo Data Protection Officer would notify applicable authorities within the EU (CNIL) within 72 hours and inform clients about the data breach scope and remedies.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Celiveo is in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
